• Health data collection and visualization from wearable devices
• Mood and wellbeing tracking tools
• AI-generated insights based on your health patterns
• Secure data sharing with authorized healthcare providers
• Session recording and transcription for therapy sessions

The Service is designed to support—not replace—the therapeutic relationship between you and your healthcare provider.

• AI-generated insights are not medical diagnoses
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice
• Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information from the Service
• The Service is not intended to prevent, cure, or treat any disease or condition

• Go to your nearest emergency room

Eligibility

To use Kontexa, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Be a patient referred by a registered healthcare provider, or a licensed therapist
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

Healthcare providers must hold valid professional licenses in their jurisdiction to use the therapist features of the Service.

User Account

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service to harm or harass others

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.

Healthcare Provider Connections

When you connect with a healthcare provider through Kontexa:

• You authorize sharing of your health data with that provider
• The provider is bound by their own professional obligations
• Kontexa facilitates but does not control the therapeutic relationship
• You can revoke access to your data at any time
• Shared data may be retained by providers as part of your record

We verify that healthcare providers on our platform hold valid professional credentials, but we are not responsible for the quality of care they provide.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Kontexa Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on the Service

Kontexa and the Kontexa logo are trademarks of Kontexa Ltd.

Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for any health decisions made based on the Service
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gdańsk, Poland.

For EU consumers: You may also be entitled to submit disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
